Provided equipment scope definition and managed the bid package process as an owner representative for sourcing a BSL-3 biowaste inactivation system replacement. Replacement inactivation system design development. Manage, review and approve submittals and lead weekly status meetings. Provide preliminary process sequence P&ID highlights. Preparation of equipment decommissioning and field task schedule protocols.  Review and approval of general arrangements, tank drawings, P&ID’s, electric package, IO lists and component datasheets including seismic design and calculation resolution management.
